Our policy is valid for 7 days. We are unable to give you a refund or replacement if 7 days have passed after your order has been delivered. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you got it in order to be eligible for a refund. It has to be in its original packaging as well.
Only if we delivered the incorrect products from your order would we consider your return for exchange. A receipt or proof of purchase is needed to complete your return.
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to inform you that we have received your returned product. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and refund will be added through your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Only if you received a defective item would we consider a refund.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund if you receive any.
